Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges If something's not quite right, we're happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The products must be unused and in their original packaging, and returned with all original tags and labels attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@audum.store
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Tracking Numbers If you are returning an order, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
Refunds Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Services Shipping, shipping protection, priority processing, and priority shipping fees are non-refundable.
Canceled Orders
Order Cancellation We can only cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. If the order has been shipped, you will have to return the items to get a refund.
Cancellation Fee All canceled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Returned Orders
Shipping Label Customers are responsible for printing their own shipping label to send the item back to the provided address.
Additional Information
Wrongly Sent Orders If an order was sent incorrectly, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Orders Not Arriving Due to Customer Error If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address), we regret that we cannot offer refunds or replacements. We encourage customers to carefully review their shipping information before finalizing their orders to avoid any delivery issues.
Orders Marked as Delivered: If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the order. Customers are advised to contact the carrier directly for any issues regarding delivery confirmation.
